Lex Tree LLC is a software development and technology consulting company. Our clients are businesses that need backend systems built, existing systems integrated, or engineering capacity added to a project already under way.
Every engagement runs under a written service agreement with a defined scope, agreed deliverables and a timeline. What we hand over is working software and its documentation.
The company earns its revenue from fees for the development and consulting work it performs. Lex Tree does not hold, custody or control client funds or digital assets, and does not provide payment, money transmission, exchange or banking services.

Working software and its documentation are handed over under the applicable service agreement.
Third-party providers used in a project are selected and contracted by the client, and the responsibilities attached to the client's own activity remain with them. Each engagement's scope is set in its service agreement.
